MUST HAVE'S

* Minimum of 2 years proven success in regulated debt collection

* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

* Resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations

* Effective communication and negotiation skills

* Basic computer skills; full training on in-house systems provided

NICE TO HAVE'S

* Experience in accounting or credit control (preferred)

* Previous experience working in regulated environments

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

* Engaging with customers via telephone and email to resolve payment issues

* Building relationships to facilitate quick notification of payments made directly

* Negotiating payment plans within strict compliance frameworks

* Completing administrative tasks related to debt resolution

* Supporting ad hoc duties as required to meet team goals
