Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour
Location: Near Uxbridge – 10-minute drive, 40 minutes via public transport
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 / Fri 08:00–Midday (37 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established engineering manufacturer near Uxbridge, supporting the production of precision components for the aerospace and defence industries.
As a Deburrer, you’ll play a hands-on role in assembling and finishing pipework and associated components to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Deburrer Responsibilities:

• Carrying out pipework and sub-assembly tasks to defined build instructions
• Deburring and polishing metal components to meet visual and dimensional standards
• Using a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
• Performing quality checks on your own work to ensure full compliance
• Working from SOPs and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in deburring of metal components
• Experience with Stainless Steel polishing is also beneficial but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
• Confident using hand tools and workshop machinery
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team
