Key Responsibilities as a Food Technology Teacher:

• Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons that inspire students and develop their practical cooking skills.


• Encourage students to explore food science, nutrition, and healthy eating practices.


• Support students in preparing coursework for GCSE and A-Level.


• Collaborate with the Food Technology Department to ensure a varied and inclusive curriculum.


• Organize extracurricular activities related to food and nutrition, such as cooking clubs and events.

Who We’re Looking for:

• A degree in Food Technology, Home Economics, or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Proven experience teaching Food Technology at secondary school level.


• Passionate about educating students on food and nutrition.
