A thriving primary school in Enfield is looking for an experienced and passionate SENCO to join their team starting in April 2025. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading the school's SEN provision and ensuring every child receives the support they need to succeed.

Your Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of SEN strategies across the school


• Work closely with teachers to ensure inclusive and effective support for students with additional needs


• Monitor and track the progress of children with SEN and provide tailored interventions


• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies

What We Need:

• QTS and NASENCo/willingness to work towards a NASENCo qualification


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• A commitment to providing high-quality support for children with SEN


• A passion for inclusive education
