Deep Cleaner

Deep Cleaner role covering Maidenhead, paying £29,386 per annum, with a company van and protective clothing provided.
This is a hands-on Deep Cleaner role working across occupied homes, void properties and communal areas, dealing with damp, mould and insulation issues alongside minor repairs, cleaning and general maintenance.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Deep Cleaner, Damp & Mould Operative, Handyman or Multi-Trade Operative, particularly those with social housing experience.

As a Deep Cleaner, you will be:
Attending properties to treat and remove mould.
Deep cleaning affected areas and applying anti-fungal treatments.
Inspecting and renewing/re-laying loft insulation.
Investigating damp and potential plumbing leaks.
Carrying out minor repairs, silicone sealing and basic DIY.
Supporting painting, cleaning and estate services when required.
Working across occupied and void properties.
Explaining works to residents and advising on preventing mould recurrence.
Working safely with chemicals, PPE and within loft spaces.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety and COSHH compliance.I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience as a Deep Cleaner, damp and mould operative, handyman or multi-trade operative.
Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting/decorating or general DIY skills.
Experience working within residential or social housing environments.
A hands-on, practical approach with good problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
A full UK driving licence.The role is offering:
