Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied defendant clinical negligence caseload: Develop legal expertise in complex, high-value claims

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor/Associate with experience in clinical negligence, PI, civil litigation or insurance law
• Experience with NHS Resolution or MDO panel work (desirable)
• Excellent organisational and IT case management skills
• Commercial mindset and strong client focus
• Team-oriented with mentoring capabilities
