Job Description - Defendant EL/PL Solicitor

Role Overview
A nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty team is seeking an EL / PL Solicitor to join its Manchester office. The team handles a broad range of defendant personal injury claims, including Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Occupational Disease matters.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE
Experience managing defendant personal injury claims, ideally EL / PL or disease-related
Able to manage files independently and meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
