Job Description - Defendant EL/PL Solicitor

Role Overview
A nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty team is seeking an EL / PL Solicitor to join its Manchester office. The team handles a broad range of defendant personal injury claims, including Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Occupational Disease matters.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
  • Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE
  • Experience managing defendant personal injury claims, ideally EL / PL or disease-related
  • Able to manage files independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
