Job Description - Defendant PI Litigator - Fast Track

Role Overview A respected commercial law firm, known for its strong presence in the defendant personal injury sector, is seeking a Fast Track Litigator to join its Bradford office. In this full-time role, you’ll handle a caseload of fast-track EL/PL claims—primarily in the retail sector—from litigation through to trial. You’ll work within a supportive, collaborative team that values quality service and legal excellence.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

Up to 3 years’ experience in defendant litigation (essential)
Experience handling fast-track EL/PL claims (preferable)
Understanding of litigation in the retail sector (preferable)
Strong case management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
