Job Description - Delegate Acquisition Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Delegate Acquisition Executive to connect with senior leaders and secure high-level attendees for our exclusive events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building relationships, conducting strategic outreach, and persuading top executives to engage with our industry-leading communities. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our executive network, positioning our events as must-attend experiences, and helping shape the conversations that define industries.

This role encompasses

  • Executive search: Identify and engage C-suite leaders, VPS, and Directors through targeted outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to secure their attendance at exclusive dinners and events.

  • Strategic Outreach: Craft compelling messaging that positions our events as essential for high-level networking and industry insights.

  • Network: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives, ensuring ongoing engagement and loyalty to our events.

  • Audience expertise: Conduct industry research to map out high-value executives and companies that align with our event themes. Work closely with sales, marketing, and event operations.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse outreach performance and event attendance data, using insights to improve targeting and engagement strategies. Maintain an organised and up-to-date CRM, tracking engagement and optimising outreach efforts.

Requirements
If the below sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Some experience or exposure to outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach. 

  • Proven track record of engaging senior executives, with demonstrable results (could be in executive recruitment or business development).

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Clay, RB2B, Smartlead.

  • You want ownership in your role from the beginning and ready to level up. Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends.

  • You expertly balance and prioritize your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning

  • Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable)

Location: This role can be either Hybrid in our London office or completely remote across the UK (not abroad).
