Job Description - Delegate Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading charity paving the way for UK businesses, are looking to hire a Delegate Marketing Manager to join their team!

Role: Delegate Marketing Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
Where: Tower Bridge, City of London
When: Monday - Friday / 3 days in office / Every other Friday off !!

What you'll do:

Drive their mission to utilise stakeholder engagement; working with relevant teams to maximise the ability to target and engage influential stakeholders to attend events
Working with colleagues at all levels across the organisation to devise and manage the end-to-end process for events
Devise and lead the delegate management process for all events; creating effective email campaigns and online content as well as providing in depth analysis to colleagues and senior managers in the organisation
Manage the event data, ensuring to keep GDPR compliant at all times
Helping colleagues develop a network of influencers amongst our key C suite contacts and ensuring our contact list is continuously expanded at senior levels
Attend the events in person when required to oversee/ run the in-person registration desk
Support in scoping different geographies for new flagship events as required

What you need:

Significant experience of running delegate marketing programmes directly for prestigious events in the B2B area
Direct experience of dealing with multiple audiences at events, speakers, sponsors, government attendees, C Suite attendees
Excellent understanding of GDPR
Experience of data mining and database manipulation
Experience of generating reports for colleagues at director level
Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce, Cvent and excel platforms
