Delegate Sales Advisor

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• · Minimum of 3 hours outbound calling per day.
• · Pitching minimum 10 decision makers (DMs)/ influencers per day, 50 per week.
• · Professional level of written correspondence, sales forecasting and reporting (including accurate time frames on deal closing).
• · Maintain a repeat business ratio of 50% on delegates
• · We expect high levels organization and day-to-day planning; giving great attention to managing pipelines, contact management.
• · Demonstrating maturity about your business, being fully accountable for your activities and results.
• · The role will require selling globally, into different time zones.

Profile

A successful Delegate Sales Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
• A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and building relationships.
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is advantageous.
• A keen interest in events and the wider media industry.
