Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a DA Bordereaux Analyst to join a growing and well-backed Lloyd’s insurer, as part of their expanding Delegated Authority operations. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to shape and influence bordereaux processes in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity:
You will report directly to the Head of Bordereaux Management and join a collaborative team focused on driving high data standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of premium and claims bordereaux, including oversight of outsource providers.

• Conduct thorough data quality checks, identify patterns, discrepancies, and trends across submitted bordereaux

• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Underwriting, Claims, and Coverholder teams to ensure accurate data flow

• Peer review bordereaux mappings in accordance with Lloyd’s v5.2 and internal SOPs.

• Assist with contract set-up and ensure bordereaux are accurately loaded into DDM.

• Escalate and resolve issues, putting in place appropriate controls to manage and rectify discrepancies.

• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and system enhancements.

Experience Required:

• Strong bordereaux management experience (premium and claims) covering the end to end process

• Lloyd’s market experience is preferred, though strong candidates from the company market will be considered.

• Proven analytical ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience handling complex bordereaux queries and a strong communicator with internal stakeholders.

• DDM experience is highly desirable, but experience with other bordereaux platforms or manual processes will be considered.
