We are currently recruiting for a Delegated Claims Administrator on behalf of our client, one of the industry's most highly respected and top performing Lloyd's Syndicates.

The successful candidate will assist the Delegated Underwriting Analyst in overseeing and controlling outsourced adjusting service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and issuing declaration documents for Delegated Claims Administrators Agreements and Coverholder claims wordings.
• Scheduling, attending and managing end to end DCA meeting processes.
• Assisting the Delegated Underwriting team and Claims Analyst in reviewing DCA performance.
• Setting up new loss funding accounts and reviewing for post bind reports.
• Collaborating with the DU Claims Analyst, to complete claims DA audit actions.
• Running regular DA pre/post bind reports.
• Working with DU Claims Analyst to deliver actions for Delegated Claims projects and initiatives.
• Collaborating with the DU Claims Analyst and Delegated Authorities Data Manager in relation to all claims bordereaux processes.

Key Requirements

• Must have previous experience within a similar role, gained within the Lloyd's and/or London Market.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
