Delegated Claims Analyst

Our client, a City based insurance company have a new opening for a Delegated Authority Claims Analyst. The successful applicant will provide assistance in the management of claims across multiple lines of business, including Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines across various jurisdictions (predominantly in the UK and Europe). You will also assist in the onboarding and oversight of claims third-party administrators.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the onboarding of new TPAs through due diligence processes.
Assist with the negotiation of services, contracts and service level agreements for TPAs to be appointed.
Supporting the management of existing TPAs appointed including claims referrals, bordereaux management, Loss Fund management and claims audits.
Assist in the analysis of claims data to identify trends, areas of risk and opportunities for cost savings
Supporting with administrative tasks for the claims department.
