Delicatessen Counter Operative (Commis Chef)

Thriving Delicatessen in Central London requires Counter Operative to prepare food and serve Customers.

My Client is a busy delicatessen based in the centre of London.

They are now looking for a Counter Operator or Commis Chef to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

Preparing sandwiches, salads, wraps for each day.

Interacting with customers - making requests to order.

Monitoring menu you requests and liaising with GM/Head Chef to improve menu.

Dealing with retail requests - operating till etc.

Helping out in the main restaurant.

As well as your basic salary, you will get a share of the service charge at this busy location.
