Overview

Our client, a premium luxury appliance brand known for exceptional quality and service, is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Delivery & Installation Driver to join their growing logistics team. Working alongside the Lead Driver, you'll play a key role in delivering and installing high-end products to customers across the UK.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Delivery & Installation driver, you will support the Lead Driver to ensure smooth, safe, and timely delivery and installation of products. You'll represent the brand at every customer interaction, making sure the service experience matches the premium quality of the products delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting nationwide deliveries and in-home installations alongside the Lead Driver
• Sharing driving responsibilities and carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Safely loading, unloading, and manually handling goods
• Installing and connecting appliances in customer homes
• Removing old appliances as required
• Completing all relevant delivery documentation
• Assisting warehouse and trade delivery teams as needed
• Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service

About You

This role is suited to someone with strong practical skills and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a delivery, installation, or logistics role is beneficial.

• Confident with manual handling of large products
• Comfortable travelling nationwide (with occasional overnight stays)
• In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experienced in working within health and safety guidelines
• Technically confident-basic trade or installation skills are a bonus
• Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
• Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused
• Strong communicator
