Wattbike is an exciting brand with a big future, and we’re looking for a Delivery & Service Technician to join our team as we embark on the next stage of our growth. Wattbike is used by the biggest sports teams and athletes across the Premier League, NBA, NHL, NFL, national rugby teams and more, as well as thousands of everyday athletes at home. This role will join a passionate and established team, helping ensure that our customers get the best possible service in the delivery, installation and upkeep of their bikes.

Role overview

Reporting into the Distribution Manager, you will be involved in the daily delivery and collections of Wattbikes across the UK. This includes reliability and due diligence in contacting customers, customer experience is absolutely core to this role and the successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Wattbike brand when out on the road. This role will require a significant amount of driving each week and will incorporate some anti-social hours. This role will also include some work in the factory dependent on demand.

Key responsibilities

·        Delivery & Location Servicing Delivery and collection of Wattbikes at locations throughout the UK

·        Installation of new Wattbikes

·        Provide a great service to our customers - being friendly, helpful and efficient, and keeping the customer up to date on arrival times

·       Complete delivery reports as required Ensure a flow of communication as needed with the wider internal Operations team

·        Make sure the company vehicle is well maintained and clean, ready for the next delivery

General warehouse duties if required 

• Experience in a similar role is ideal
• A passion for excellent customer service
• Be flexible, self-motivated, reliable and punctual
• Good and confident planner and communicator
• Must be happy with early mornings and lots of driving
• Full UK driving license with 3 years driving experience, and no more than 3 points on your licences
