The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the ITSM / technology market. As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top IT Service Management professionals with our clients. Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT Service Management market to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates.Collaboration: Work closely with the ITSM team and other divisions within La Fosse to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.Client Interaction: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate placements, client satisfaction, and business development.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT Service Management or broader IT sector.Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts, frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and the IT industry.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.Organization: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
