Delivery Consultant

Are you a senior delivery consultant looking to join a tech company renowned for staff satisfaction and excellent retention rates.
We are working with a client who have offices in Manchester, Surrey as well as across the States, and are now looking for a delivery consultant to join their cyber team. Now naturally if you have experience within the cyber field that is a massive plus, but you will need a background with some aspect of tech.
You will have experience recruiting in the perm market, making senior placements within businesses. They are very proud of the culture they have created, so it is important that you buy into the team aspect!
You’ll have at least 18 months of 180 recruitment experience, with a track record of placing great candidates for fantastic clients. You will be happy talking to senior candidates about technical roles.
You will need to live a commutable distance to Surrey as you will spend most of your time in the office. The more senior you are the more flexible working there will be, however there is a culture of everyone learning off each other.
From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £55,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too. You will also be working a company who truly value ethics and the planet and make a real positive impact on the planet.
