The role:

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to focus purely on delivery for one of our key US Defence clients, a strategic partnership account with a steady pipeline of technical engineering roles. This is a role we're happy to shape around the right person: part-time, school hours, condensed days or flexible working patterns are all on the table. What matters is the quality of delivery, not when you're sat at a desk.

You'll:

* Source and headhunt niche engineering talent across defence and advanced technology markets

* Qualify thoroughly and run interview processes end to end — you already know how; you'll just do it without a BD target hanging over you

* Work closely with one client's hiring managers, building the kind of embedded relationship most recruiters never get time for

* Bring the judgement of an experienced recruiter to an account where getting it right matters

No business development. No new logos to chase. Your experience pointed entirely at filling roles well.
