Job DescriptionWork Location: London, UKSalary: £80000 – 95000 per annumWorking mode - Work From OfficeHiring for Full Time20 + Years of experience in handling projects in SAP ECC, Rollouts, S/4 Hana Implementations.Handled transformation of current SAP ECC 6.0 system landscape into a S/4 HANA environment and ensure that everything is on-time with agreed scope, quality and budget.Ensure that internal and external resources are available and support cross functional alignments.Ensure the definition of value proposition and of the collection as well as prioritization of business requirements.Need to drive the standardization of processes across business units, regions, and countries.Should be responsible for the mapping of business requirements and technological opportunities.Define focus fields to prepare for project execution and design overall transformation path and perform risk management to minimize project risks.Functionally leading an international project team and guiding them on project timelines.Minimum university degree of 4 years with several years of experiences as Senior Consultant or Project Manager/Team Lead with SAP configuration background, ideally focusing on Pharma & Chemical Industries.Oversee multiple enterprise programs/project initiatives focusing on, but is not limited to, SAP ERP systemSupervise matrixed resources for project delivery across multiple discipline including but is not limited to business representatives, technology delivery teams, quality personnel, and othersCoordinate multiple ongoing tasks within a portfolio or programs to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner to support on-time delivery of initiatives, and escalate accordingly when necessaryAccountable for creating a detailed delivery plan that can be executed by a program/project team.Drive and communicates program/project status, schedule baselines, schedule issues, project risks and major decisions.Maintain intense focus on delivering to all committed milestones and holds the project team accountable by holding weekly project status reviewsAggressively manage risk across the project throughout the project development life cycle to ensure on time deliveryCommunicate frequently with program/project teams, peers, and management to ensure sharp focus on executing to the delivery plan and timelineKeep the program/project teams organized and on track for effective implementation and delivery and implements process improvements where there’s inefficiency in the execution processBuild capability within the program/project teams to accomplish the project goals and deliver the program/project results on timeFollow up and maintain accountability of program/project success criteria post deploymentMust be flexible and creative in thinking to execute to a timeline when plans do not go as expectedMust follow up relentlessly to ensure cross functional project teams are delivering against their commitmentsShould have deep knowledge in SAP (SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA) and know how to create outcome-based solutions.Should have an affinity to agile working methods, e.g. Kanban and Scrum.Should be able to think and act in operational, tactical, and strategic terms and have an entrepreneurial mind-set with a solution-orientated way of work.Must have excellent communication and moderation skills in English and are willing to travel approx. 20-30%.Key Account ManagementHandling of Change Management. Risk Management, Transition Management, Client Relationship Management, Stake Holder ManagementMust have experience in Business Development, Revenue & EBIDTA Growth and People Management skillsNice to haves:Excellent communication skillsDemonstrated leadership experienceExpert understanding of new product development and/or enterprise program management processes including but not limited to waterfall, agile methodologies, etc.PMP certified preferred or equivalent certification (agile, SaFE, etc.)
