Delivery Lead - Banking

We're working with a specialist UK bank that is undergoing major transformation and change. They are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive critical projects and programmes, ensuring successful delivery across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the delivery of key projects and change initiatives aligned to corporate strategy.

• Build and manage delivery plans, ensuring scope, risk, resources and budgets are effectively controlled.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including executive sponsors, suppliers and operational teams.

• Influence and engage at all levels, including Directors and Board-level stakeholders.

• Adapt project management approaches to suit different business needs.

What we're looking for:
? Experience delivering projects and programmes in financial services
? Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
? Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
? Ability to think strategically while driving hands-on delivery
? Flexibility across different project management styles and methodologies
