This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology environment, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions across public and private sector organisations. You will play a key role in managing delivery activities, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of multiple critical client projects, managing priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve delivery objectives and maintain high standards. Apply Agile delivery methodologies and best practices, including delivery at scale. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused information for stakeholders. Develop and implement delivery metrics, reporting frameworks and performance measures to support continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to improve software delivery processes and take ownership of implementing improvements. Support effective planning across short-, medium- and long-term objectives. Promote modern delivery operating models, including DevOps practices. Use Agile delivery tools to monitor progress, manage workflows and provide clear, timely communications. Build strong client relationships and foster a collaborative, service-oriented delivery culture. Essential Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate: Proven experience managing multiple complex technology projects and navigating challenging stakeholder environments. A strong understanding of delivery methodologies, frameworks and best practices. Experience delivering Agile programmes at scale and managing multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of modern technology delivery operating models, including DevOps. The ability to understand technical information and communicate it effectively to business and operational stakeholders. Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills. Experience establishing delivery metrics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to support a range of delivery activities. A mature, collaborative and client-focused attitude. Desirable Experience The following would be advantageous: Relevant Agile certifications. Experience using Agile delivery tools, particularly JIRA. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite. Experience working within the health or public sector. Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) principles.
