We are a technology transformation consultancy (but not in the traditional, Big4 sense).
Our Technologists and Consultants partner with clients in the Financial Services, Public Sector, and the odd private sector client as well. We drive meaningful change using public cloud and other innovative technologies to help customers develop and deliver new digital products and services, transform their digital customer experience, modernise, and automate their services and operations, leverage data to better understand their customers and modernise their workplace technology. All to help improve our clients' capabilities and help develop their knowledge in all these areas.

Why are we hiring?
At Airwalk Reply, we are looking for several Delivery leads and Management Consultants with varying backgrounds and experience delivering projects in several different industries. We want to strategically build out our existing delivery capabilities as we continue to grow and bring in new business.

What are we looking for?
We are currently looking to add Delivery Leads/Management Consultants in two different areas:

Broad Agile Delivery across a variety of projects and/or clients for our Delivery & Change Business Unit
·

Consultancy Delivery again for our Delivery & Change Business Unit

We do not have any essential requirements for these roles per se but if we had a wish list it might look something like this for each of the roles we are hiring for.
Broad Agile Delivery:
·

A strong understanding of the different Agile methodologies
·

Experience with a variety of projects in an Agile setting, some may be technical some may not
·

Ability to assess the landscape of a project and identify what approach to use
Consultancy Delivery:
·

Work experience within a consultancy setting
·

Knowledge to put together operating models for new projects and clients
·

Work collaboratively with those responsible for prioritisation and able to drive effective ways to prioritise work (including any technical team requirements)
·

Strong stakeholder and client management

Above all, we are looking for people who will be pragmatic and want to work collaboratively to deliver the best possible outcomes for Airwalk's customers as well as internally.
