Key Responsibilities

* Delivery management across BAU and transition activities.

* Managing plans, governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

* Supporting and coordinating various boards and forums.

* Driving desired business outcomes while maintaining day-to-day operational delivery.

* Working within a high-pressure, high-volume environment.

Candidate Profile

Looking for experienced Delivery Managers who:

* Have strong PMO, planning, governance, or communications experience.

* May have experience as a Head of PMO

* Have transition or transformation delivery experience.

* Can quickly understand complex environments and prioritise effectively.

* Are comfortable operating with minimal supervision and direction.

* Are self-starters who can hit the ground running.

* Are personable, adaptable, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

* Hold active SC Clearance.

* Have several years' experience operating as a Delivery Manager.

Nice to haves:

* Supplier management experience.

* Public sector experience.

* Home Office experience.

* Experience managing competing priorities, including ministerial requests and deadlines.

Working Arrangements

Travel will be required every now and again, particularly for those supporting the transition programme. It’s not a deal breaker though if they’re amazing!
