Essential Requirements :
• Experience in the Defence & Security sector
• Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
• Leading multi-disciplinary agile teams to design and build digital products
• Experience with Kanban & Scrum
• Leading diverse and inclusive teams

Desirable Skills :
• Experience in agile delivery teams
• Familiarity with the GDS Service Manual

Salary Details :
• £45,000-£70,000
• Discretionary Bonus
• Active DV Bonus
• Hybrid Working
