Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager - Identity Management - £450p/d Outside IR35 - 1x week in Reading

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide agile teams to achieve project goals and deliver value.
Serve as Scrum Master for designated teams, ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes.
Prioritize tasks and initiatives to align with business objectives and ensure timely delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams in agile methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile environments.
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
Experience with digital improvements and transformations within agile settings.
Familiarity with Identity Management and Access Management concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, or similar.
