Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee (Activity will be across all three centres. This is a hybrid role with at least three days in an office)

In this strategic, outward‑facing role, you’ll connect local delivery teams, national partners and NHS networks to create sustainable pathways into employment. With a blend of commercial acumen, relationship‑building expertise and a deep understanding of NHS recruitment, you’ll drive partnerships that support both organisational goals and the ambitions of the young people we serve.
