Delivery Planning Administrator (Temporary – 3 Months)Location: Brinsworth
Contract: Temporary (3 Months)
Hours: 33 hours per week (flexible working hours available)
Pay: £24.43 per hour

We're looking for a proactive and organised Delivery Planning Administrator to join our Delivery Planning Centre (DPC) on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a varied administration role supporting our planning teams and helping ensure customer deliveries are managed efficiently.

What you'll be doing
Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer records.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure new customer deliveries are planned on time.

Managing customer closures, transfers and changes to delivery requirements.

Supporting delivery planning teams with administration and system updates.

Processing trip confirmations and resolving billing or delivery queries.

Recording, monitoring and following up on service incidents.

Producing reports for internal teams and sales colleagues.

Maintaining customer information across internal systems.

Supporting telemetry administration, including commissioning and maintaining monitoring devices.

Providing general administrative support to the Delivery Planning Centre.

Using your initiative to identify issues within the team or processes and proactively help resolve them.

What we're looking for
Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics, transport or a supply chain environment.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

A proactive approach with the confidence to identify problems and suggest practical solutions.

Someone who can work independently while supporting the wider team.

Desirable
Experience using SAP or similar business systems.

Experience producing reports and analysing data.

Knowledge of logistics or transport planning processes.
