Average fees of £120,000 and fees upwards of £300,000+

Working US markets with a US office opening in the future

With an average fee is £120,000, the biggest fee is £300,000 - they work at 30% terms with clients. Their average fee will continue to increase in the future, with further areas of the market they have not touched and it is a matter of time before they set a new record fee (record in this market is $900,000+)

The Role
You will be a 270 recruiter, no cold BD is required as they have an established client base. Also, you will have a system that fishes all your candidate's information for you and therefore you can focus on the work that requires a trained skillset – the calls and therefore moving processes forward and making money.

They will give you the flexibility to work from home beyond your first few months when you are learning your market. Future leaders tend to demonstrate an eagerness to be in the office and they want people to be future leaders and managers, which is something they will be looking for from the first interview.

What do you need?
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in technology/quant
- A strong delivery skillset
- BD experience is not required but is preferred
