• Manage customer service operations to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline workflows.
• Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.

Profile

A successful Demand Planner should have:

• Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and forecast demand.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Demand and Supply planning.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain operations.
