Demi Chef

Demi Chef £32k package + overtime based in Covent Garden
We are looking for a Demi Chef that will work in a overall team of around 14 chefs. You will be sharing responsible for all banqueting with two other Demi Chefs up to 100 covers max per evening. Working Monday to Friday only 4pm- 12am. Closed weekends and closed bank holidays. Catering for a busy banqueting kitchen, that is providing traditional British cuisine to a highest standard. Ideally you will already be a Demi Chef and looking for a new challenge, or you maybe a Demi Chef looking for the hours available for this role.
Weekends off / Tips & Bonus / 40 hour contract- overtime paid after this
Holidays are: Bank holidays off, Closed three weeks in August.
Christmas off : Closed between last Friday lunch time before xmas December- and back around the 3rd/ 4th January. Closed for Easter also. 3 weeks off in the summer- August

Meals on duty, 3 times daily, Uniform
