Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine menu offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in a Japanese restaurant. Preferable knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
