Demi Chef de Partie,

you will play a crucial role in assisting our chefs in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will:
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and creativity.
Assist in maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction.
Support senior chefs in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
