The Role:

As Demi Chef de Partie, you'll support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team in delivering exceptional food to the club's members and guests. You'll work across different sections, maintaining the highest culinary standards while continuing to develop your skills in a prestigious kitchen.

We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up
A genuine passion for food and fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality dishes
Excellent organisation and the ability to perform under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A team player who wants to build a long-term career in a high-end hospitality environment
