Demolition Project Manager

Project Manager required in Prestwich

**Salary:** Up to £60,000 + company van *
*Type:** Full Time, Permanent

Goldmills are recruiting, on behalf of our client, for a Demolition Project Manager to oversee the demolition of structures ranging from small buildings to large-scale industrial complexes, managing budget, scheduling, and forecasting throughout.

**The Role:**

- Plan and manage demolition projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting

- Manage the client's operatives and subcontractors, ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met - Ensure all safety regulations and standards are followed throughout the demolition process

- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets

- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep project goals on track - Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting timelines and budgets - Oversee site preparation, ensuring equipment and materials are in place

- Manage the disposal of debris and hazardous materials in compliance with waste regulations *

*What We're Looking For:**

- 5+ years' experience in demolition project management

- Knowledge of demolition equipment, techniques, and safety regulations (BS6187 & BS5975)

- Demolition Managers CSCS card -

Strong project management skills

— budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus project management software/tools

- Strong problem-

solving skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team *
