Demolition Supervisor

Are you an experienced Demolition Supervisor looking to join a busy, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across East Anglia?

We're looking for a hands-on supervisor who can lead site teams, maintain the highest safety standards and deliver demolition projects efficiently from start to finish.

The Role

Supervise demolition teams on site
Plan and coordinate daily site activities
Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS and site procedures
Complete site paperwork, reports and toolbox talks
Work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule

About You

You'll have:

At least 5 years' demolition industry experience
CCDO Gold Demolition Supervisor Card (held for a minimum of 2 years)
Demolition Awareness NVQ
SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
A proactive, safety-first approach and strong leadership skills
Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away when required
