Juniper Horizons are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independently owned mixed NHS and private dental practice for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Dental Nurse looking to develop their career within a modern, fully digital practice that prioritises patient care and clinical excellence.

About the Practice

The practice is part of a respected independent dental group with multiple sites across the Home Counties and North London. They are known for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a welcoming and professional environment.

The clinic is fully digital and comprises five modern surgeries, OPG, iTero scanner, digital X-ray systems, and SOE/Exact software. They provide a wide range of NHS and private treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, restorative cases, implants, Invisalign, and more advanced procedures.

The team is passionate about creating a 5-star patient experience and values collaboration, compassion, and continuous development.

The Role

• Supporting dentists with a variety of NHS and private treatments
• Assisting hygienists and hygiene therapists
• Maintaining high clinical and infection control standards
• Supporting cosmetic, restorative, implant, and smile design cases
• Ensuring patients feel calm and comfortable throughout their visit

About You

• GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Friendly, professional, and a strong team player
• Organised and reliable with excellent attention to detail
• Additional qualifications (radiography, sedation, implant nursing) desirable but not essential
• Minimum 1 year dental nursing experience preferred

Full-time, permanent position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Bordon or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
