Job Description - Dental Nurse

Diamond Dental Staff are assisting our clients mixed NHS & Private Dental Practice in Portslade to find a full time qualified or trainee dental nurse to join their team.

Our client is a busy but supportive, family owned Practice offering competitive rates of pay, performance bonus's and incentive schemes as well as free street parking and social events.

The Role:

Full time

Pay starting from Â£9.00+ per hour

Monday - Friday, One Saturday a month on rota basis (Half day Saturday every 2- 4 months)

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM with one later finish a week (19:30 PM/ 20:00 PM)

Tasks:

Set-up and prepare surgery based on patient needs and treatment plan

Clean and sterilise all equipment to required standard

Prepare the necessary materials and instruments

Ensure safe disposal of sharps and clinical waste

Keep all clinical areas clean and tidy

Provide clinical assistance to the Dentist (hygienist/ therapist) while treating patients

Assist in the completion of patient recordsâ
