Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator to join a leading Specialist Orthodontic practice. This is a fantastic role for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey while delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting new patient consultations
  
  
• Preparing and discussing patient reports
  
  
• Checking in with patients throughout their treatment journey
  
  
• Corresponding with dentists and referring practitioners
  
  
• Taking patient records including clinical photographs, digital scans (iTero), and X-rays (if qualified)
  
  
• Managing and contacting new patient enquiries
  
  
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  
  

Full training will be provided to ensure you understand the practice vision and values, all focused on maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Previous dental experience (essential)
  
  
• GDC registered
  
  
• Radiography qualification (required)
  
  
• Orthodontic experience (desirable)
