Dental Nurse/ Treatment Coordinator

Role Overview:

As a Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in clinical procedures and managing patient treatment plans throughout their journey. You will be the key contact point for our patients, guiding them through consultations and treatments, ensuring exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.
• Manage patient records and documentation accurately.
• Conduct patient consultations and explain treatment plans.
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their treatment processes.
• Perform tasks including taking clinical photographs, digital impressions, and managing equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication.
• Keep the clinic organised and adhere to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with relevant qualifications.
• Previous experience in a dental practice, preferably in orthodontics.
• Radiography qualification desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
