Zental is growing — and we’re looking for a confident, commercially aware Practice Manager to lead one of our state-of-the-art, boutique private practices in London.

This is not just an operational role.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:

  Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary dental team

  Driving revenue performance and diary utilisation

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring KPIs, conversion rates and treatment uptake

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting TCO performance and sales processes

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring full CQC compliance and regulatory standards

  
  


• 
  

  Managing payroll preparation and financial coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Stock control and budget oversight

  
  


• 
  

  Delivering exceptional patient journey standards

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting local marketing and social media presence

  
  

You’ll be calm under pressure, commercially sharp, and able to balance empathy with accountability.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 1+ year experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager
✔ Experience in private or mixed dental environments
✔ Strong leadership and team management experience
✔ Proven ability to drive performance and manage KPIs
✔ Sales-aware and commercially confident
✔ Strong understanding of CQC compliance
✔ Organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses and incremental growth opportunities.
