Three sites - two mixed practices and one predominantly private practice

Travel required across all three sites as/ when needed

Parking available at all sites - must be a car owner

Salary: From £20ph, DOE (equates approx £43,680+)

Working Hours: Full Time 42 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our practices by:

Woking closely with our amazing management team

*

Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.

*

Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently.

*

Championing exceptional patient experiences and first-class customer service.

*

Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better.

*

Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders.

*

Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement.

*

Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection-ready.

*

Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.

*

You'll be someone who sees problems before they happen - and finds solutions before

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Brings management experience in dental or healthcare (minimum of 3 years)

*

Is a natural leader who inspires, motivates and gets the very best from people.

*

Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

*

Loves improving systems and driving results.

*

Communicates confidently with both patients and teams.

*

Is flexible, positive and happy travelling between practices.

*

Has a full UK driving licence.

Bonus points if you have: multi-site management experience, CQC knowledge, HR or recruitment experience, marketing skills, SOE or Dentally experience, or a dental nursing qualification.
