Dental Receptionist

Our client is a well-established, friendly dental practice and they are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join their team.

• Based in Leatherhead
• £13.50 - £14 per hour / £26,149 - £27,118 (DOE)
• Monday - Friday, 37.25 hours per week

Job Description:

• Meet and greet clients, welcoming them into the practice.
• Liaising with clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Extensive diary management, scheduling appointments.
• Taking and processing payments.
• Assisting with the social media and marketing of the practice.
• Help maintain a clean and organised environment.

Person Specification:

• Similar experience in a similar role.
• Professional and well-presented.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good telephone manner.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Organised with a high attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday 8am - 1pm
• Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm
• Thursday 8:45am - 4:30pm
• Friday 8:30am - 3pm
