About:

• One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brand in the world.
• Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Location - Milan, central.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Management team in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, as well as ensure induction training for new arrivals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice, ensuring all clients receive a personalized and luxury shopping experience.
• Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers in the long term.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or higher role in luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
• Driven sales consultant who is passionate about fashion and client relationship building.
• Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management team, staff, and clients.
• Fluent in English and Italian, a third language is a plus.
