Location: Belfast (Field Based)

Base Site: Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast BT8 6SQ

Rate: £14.35 per hour

Vetting: Access NI Basic Required

We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to support a large-scale IT deployment programme across the Northern Ireland Health & Social Care environment.

You will be responsible for installing, configuring and deploying desktop and laptop devices, supporting end users and ensuring equipment is delivered and installed to a high standard.

This is a customer-facing role offering the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare locations whilst contributing to an important technology transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

Install and deploy desktop and laptop devices.
Provide end-user support and technical assistance.
Travel between customer locations as required.
Support remote workers and customer sites.
Complete deployment activities in line with project schedules.
Work within agreed service levels and performance targets.
Deliver a professional customer experience at all times.About You

You will have:

Previous experience within IT deployment, desktop support or field engineering.
Strong hardware installation and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
The ability to work independently across customer environments.
A flexible approach to travel and site-based working.What's on Offer?
