Key Responsibilities

As a Depot Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop depot staff, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance
• Drive operational performance by setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and implementing improvements
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, environmental regulations, and operator licence requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to local clients
• Manage depot finances, including full P&L responsibility, cost control, and sustainable growth
• Contribute strategically to the long-term vision and operational success of the depot

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Depot Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in logistics or service-based industries
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment
• CPC and IOSH qualifications (desirable)
• A collaborative, forward-thinking leader with a passion for continuous improvement
