What You’ll Be Doing – Your Day-to-Day:

• Leading and supporting a team of Hire Coordinators, Vehicle Valeters, Van Liners, Mechanics, and Drivers
• Allocating and monitoring daily workloads across hire desk, drivers, and workshop
• Reviewing customer and vehicle reports, taking action where needed to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Driving a service-first culture with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ensuring full compliance with company Health & Safety policies
• Attending and contributing to weekly stakeholder meetings
• Developing and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and profitability
• Acting as the face of the branch, building lasting customer and stakeholder relationships

• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced management role, ideally within the hire or transport industry
• A passion for exceptional customer service and team development
• The ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships at all levels
• Attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential)
• Experience with Prohire is a big plus

• Salary £33,500 - £37,000 plus bonus
