Job Title: Depot Operative

Location: Redditch

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Depot Operative to join their team based in Redditch. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse duties and practical work, with excellent opportunities for training and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting day-to-day warehouse and depot operations

* Carrying out manual handling and general yard duties

* Accurate picking and preparation of stock

* Conducting routine stock checks and counts

* Assisting with goods in/out processes

* Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Requirements:

* Valid forklift licence (essential)

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Flexibility to travel when required

* Ongoing training and development opportunities
