DEPUTY CHILDRENS MANAGER

2 x DEPUTY MANAGERS- EBD SERVICE

Full time 162.5 hours per month

Essential Qualifications:

Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.

Regulation 28 of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 requires a registered manager to obtain the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or an equivalent qualification. In preparation for the Registered Manager role, the Deputy Manager will hold or obtain the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or an equivalent qualification within 3 years of their Deputy Manager post commencing.

Essential Experience:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting within the last 5 years.

A minimum of 6 months’ experience of supervising professional staff
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
